Your name is [name], and you're fairly certain that John Egbert may be the most clueless person on this entire planet. It's been about a week since he showed you the waterfall place, and ever since you've been dropping not-so-subtle hints that you have a thing for him. Of course, he doesn't catch on to any of them, because he's so busy being silly. You are starting to think the only way to get him to see is to just tell him. Where's the fun in that, though? You sigh to yourself, plucking at blades of grass as you stare at the big drive-in theater screen showing the original Ghostbusters movie. John is sitting beside you, thoroughly immersed in the movie. He insisted that you come and watch it with him, so you didn't have much choice but to come along. You didn't really mind all that much, since it posed as an opportunity to spend time with him. You sigh again, looking around at all the couples huddled together on blankets or in cars. John notices this time and glances over at you.
"What's wrong [name], aren't you enjoying the movie?"
"The movie's great, I'm just thinking. I have a lot on my mind." You can tell he's thinking that over in his head. He looks mildly concerned.
"You can tell me anything, if you need to talk about it..." You stare at him, wondering if you should just get it over with and tell him. No, you think, not yet. There has to be a better time to do it.
"I'm fine, don't worry. It's just dumb personal stuff."
"Okay... Well still, remember that I'm here to talk to. That's what friends are for, right?" He gives you a wide grin, and you can't help but smile a little in return.
"Yeah John, I know." The movie lasts another hour or so, and then John is carrying you home. You hang onto him as he flies above the clouds. The moon is impossibly large tonight, like a huge dinner plate suspended in the sky. Distractedly, you run your fingers through his dark hair, curling it around your fingers mindlessly. Your mind is elsewhere, daydreaming about something or another. You're admittedly quite tired, and John's flying always makes you sleepy. It's a long way back home, but you don't mind. Your thoughts are dragged back to the surface as John chuckles.
"What are you doing, that tickles." You blink, not sure at first what he means. Then you notice your fingers in his hair and blush slightly.
"Oh, I dunno, I wasn't really thinking about it." You remove your hand from his hair, even though he didn't seem to mind all that much. You glance up and are met with sparkling sapphire eyes staring right back into your own. This doesn't do much for your blush, and you swear all the blood in your body rushes to your cheeks. You catch him smirking and if he doesn't stop being so attractive you're going to die, you really are.
"Hey John, can we land somewhere? I want to ask you something." He looks confused, but nods anyways.
"Sure. I don't mind." With that, he starts descending towards the ground.
You sure hope what you're about to do doesn't mess up any friendships or anything...

Sky blue: Reader x ?: John
“John?!”
You helped the derpy boy to his feet, letting him fix his glasses he knocked askew. He gave a small laugh and wrinkled his slightly red nose.
“Hey! Oh, it’s fine ______!” He chirped happily, fixing his blue ear muffs that had also fallen crooked. You grinned. “You… didn’t happen to see Dave did you?” He gave you a puzzled look, a hunk of snow in his hair. You couldn’t help but give a small laugh.
“He’s at home, like any sensible person would be John.” The store suddenly made its appearance in your memory. “Hey, John, I gotta get… I need to

Breath Taking: John x Reader
You looked at yourself in the mirror and sighed.
You weren't the skinniest girl ever but you weren't fat either. You were simply chubby. You weren't insecure about it though... most of the time. But sadly right now wasn't one of those times. You looked over yourself again and sucked in a bit. It just didn't look right... Maybe it was the fact your were wearing a dress... You usually try to wear pants at all cost but you couldn't this time. It was a "Black tie" event... You sigh again. Why couldn't you be skinnier at times like this? You look into your eyes. If you kept this up you would start crying and that wouldn't be good. You're boy

He walks into a
